The Quality Management System at BCS was certified and registered to the ISO 13485:2016 standard by Amtivo (USA) Inc. BCS established a stringent Quality Management System that began at the onset of customers' manufacturing documents and continued through materials procurement, first article verification, in-process and final inspection; ensuring complete satisfaction at every level. In addition, as BCS was a FDA registered and regulated facility, BCS followed the requirements set forth by the FDA's Quality System Regulation CFR 820 Title 21.

BCS Machine Company's total team commitment and rigid manufacturing processes eliminated valuable time lossed, equating to rapid customer response. BCS machinists understood and appreciated the demands that were associated with tight tolerance prototypes and production programs. The mechanics were capable of consistently holding tolerances to .0001” on a wide range of materials to include titanium, stainless steels, aluminum, medical grade plastics and cobalt chrome.

BCS offered a modern manufacturing facility, conveniently located within the Baltimore/Washington corridor of suburban Maryland. A knowledgeable staff had a combined experience of several decades in the manufacture of implant devices and complex instrumentation for the hip, knee, shoulder, and spine.
